Edublogs Tutorial Update

As with everything associated with this wonderful world of Web 2.0, (as opposed to the print and even CD format of the book we have written), things change rapidly. So it is that since the book and CD have gone through the publishing process, edublogs has undergone a major upgrade to Wordpress version 5. This ofcourse means that most of the screen grabs from the book are now a little out of date, and the tutorial notes are definitely no longer current. As we are committed to try to keep you the readers of the book in the loop as it were, we have updated the tutorial to reflect these changes. The new tutorial notes can be downloaded from this link.

Other notes will be updated as we become aware of the changes. If you notice any changes related to the book or tutorials that you feel we need to know about then please don’t hesitate to leave comment on this blog.

    Dear Gary and John,
    Is it possible for blogs produced in edublogs to be accessed from search engines? I have tried to find mine by typing in tags from my posts but it doesn’t come up? What else should I be doing or should I set it up somewhere else? I want to have input and be in contact with other teachers of Chinese, both in Australia and overseas, but if they can’t find the blog, this might be difficult!

    google will find the exact form of words on an edublog..
    Just use advanced search
